As summer draws to a close, what better way to end the festival season than a last wiggle at Hospitality In The Park the penultimate Saturday in September. London’s biggest celebration of drum and bass and jungle culture is returning for a third year to Finsbury Park. This prestigious dance music festival has won Best Festival at The Drum & Bass Awards 2018! Hospitality have really gone out of their way to make this one of the best festivals of the year, enlisting some of the best DJs, producers, MCs and promoters in the business including: headliners High Contrast (live), Danny Byrd, Foreign Beggars (live), LTJ Bukem, plus Metalheadz head honcho and drum and bass royalty, Goldie.

Hospitality is brought to you by independent record label – Hospital Records – and their well established event brand HospitalityDNB. The one day festival have set the bar high with live performances at the festival including Danny Byrd album launch ft GQ, Etherwood, Jungle Warriors, Children of Zeus, international reggae artist Dawn Penn, plus very special guest Ocean Wisdom. After dBridge and Calibre’s exclusive B2B set last year, it comes as no surprise that they’ve continued the tradition and lined up even more unique DJ collaborations for 2018 including Chimpo B2B Barely Legal, Crissy Criss B2B Mampi Swift, and dBridge B2B Nu:Tone. Kings Of The Rollers & Shadow Demon Coalition makeup supergroup Kings Of The Shadows.

It wouldn’t be a celebration of drum and bass culture without some exclusive and very special sets across the day including: a nod to iconic Metalheadz nightclub Blue Note by Grooverider, Breakage will be rolling out drum and bass classics, S.P.Y. will be treating ravers to a jungle set (this is a set not to be missed), plus drum and bass figurehead LTJ Bukemis locked in for a nostalgic 93-97 set. Further line-up additions include: 1985 label showcase ft Alix Perez & Monty, one of our personal favourites Dillinja, Black Sun Empire, 20 Years of Virus with Ed Rush (boomtown crew reunion) & Optical, Lenzman, Krakota plus many more.

The festival will welcome back stage hosts; Czech festival Let It Roll with their brand new ‘Portal Showcase,’ Hospital Records sister label Med School who return as Med School XL, which after high demand last year has grown the stage size, and big bad party brand Main Squeeze who this year will be sharing the stage with Wah Wah 45’s. Touching down on the park for the first time, Hospitality have invited Croatian Sound system culture festival, Outlook, to host a stage full of varied talent (for all of us who sadly haven’t made it to outlook this is a dream come true). They will also welcome a We Love Jungle trifecta from Jungle Jam, Vibena & Rupture, and joining forces as Run-Vaderz this year are RUN, Bristol’s premier drum and bass night and Invaderz, who are responsible for some of the finest jump up raves in Belgium.
